Amazon, Walmart, and Visa gift cards are the easiest to sell, and the easiest to get scammed on. Here's how to do it right.

Amazon, Walmart, and Visa are three of the most-received gift cards in the US, which also makes them three of the most re-sold. If you got one you're not going to use, or a Visa card with an odd leftover balance too small to spend comfortably, converting it to crypto or cash is usually the more practical outcome.

Check the balance first

Before listing anything, confirm the remaining balance. Amazon and Walmart both let you check balance online with just the card number and PIN. Visa gift cards vary by issuer, but most have a balance-check page or a number printed on the back. Buyers pay based on face value, so knowing the exact number avoids a mismatch later.

Where these actually sell

Each brand has its own offer on the marketplace: Amazon, Walmart, and Visa. Pick the right one, open a trade with the face value, and send the code through the trade chat once it's open.

Why the rate isn't 100%

No one buying a gift card pays full face value, because they're taking on the resale risk and, in most cases, converting it to something else themselves. Rates vary by brand, since some cards are easier to resell than others. Amazon tends to trade close to top rates because demand for it never really drops.

Getting your payout

Funds release to your Giftnovo wallet once the code is verified, not before. From there, cash out, convert to crypto, or use the balance toward a gift card in the store if that's more useful to you than a withdrawal.

What to avoid

Never send a gift card code to someone who asks you to "prove" it works by reading digits over a call or a screenshot before agreeing on payment. That's the setup for almost every gift card scam: get the numbers, vanish. A trade that only releases funds after the code is confirmed removes that exposure completely.
