Selling a gift card on Giftnovo comes down to three steps: pick an offer, open a trade, and send the code through the chat. The whole process is built so neither you nor the buyer are ever left waiting without knowing what's happening.
1. Pick the right offer
In the "Sell" section you'll see every gift card we accept, each with its rate (the percentage of face value paid out) and an amount range. Make sure your card falls within that range before opening a trade — if the face value is below the minimum or above the maximum, you won't be able to continue.
2. Open the trade and send the code
Once you open a trade, you have 15 minutes to write the gift card code in the chat. That countdown starts the moment the trade is created, so have the card ready before you begin. If you need more time, mark "Marked as paid" as soon as you send the code — that pauses the countdown while it's reviewed.
3. Wait for verification
The buyer reviews the code in the chat and releases the payment to your wallet in whichever currency you have set. If the code isn't valid or was already used, a dispute opens and gets resolved through the same chat — you don't lose the card or the conversation history.
Once released, the money is available instantly in your balance, ready to withdraw or to buy another discounted gift card.
